Export · United States
Metal Forge India exports ASME/ASTM piping components to US project buyers. Coordination can go through our Houston office; manufacturing is in Mehsana, Gujarat. Typical packages follow ASME B16.5 / B16.9 / B16.11 and ASTM material grades with EN 10204 3.1 MTCs.
We do not hold mill stock in Texas. Gulf Coast refining, petrochemical and LNG buyers should send the piping class, size and grade — not a country keyword.
Industries we typically serve in United States
- Gulf Coast refining and petrochemical
- LNG and gas processing
- Power and cogen
- Midstream terminals and tank farms
Standards and documentation buyers in United States usually ask for
- ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.11, B16.47 as applicable
- ASTM A105, A182, A234, A403 and nickel-alloy specs as on the class
- NACE MR0175 / MR0103 only when the datasheet requires them — not a default
- EN 10204 3.1; 3.2 with a named US-accepted TPI when specified
Shipping from India
Usual load ports in India are Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundra. US discharge is typically a Gulf or East Coast port named on the RFQ (Houston, Savannah, Newark, etc.). Ocean transit is measured in weeks and is not a delivery guarantee. FOB India or CIF named US port are the usual Incoterms.

FAQ — United States
Do you stock flanges in Houston?
This page does not claim US mill stock. Manufacturing is in Mehsana, India. Houston is listed as an office for coordination. Lead time is quoted per RFQ.
Can you meet ASME and ASTM only (no EN)?
Yes. US POs are usually ASME/ASTM. EN 10204 3.1 is still the usual MTC format even when the material spec is ASTM.
Do you supply to Canada from the same factory?
Yes — see the Canada export page. Do not mix CSA or CRN assumptions into a US PO unless the datasheet says so.
